Semester Format
- Our schedule format consists of 3 semesters a year and a set number of lessons each semester.
- Fall (September 3 – December 21, 2024) 16 lessons
- Spring (January 6 – June 21, 2025) 22 lessons – no scheduled lessons during spring break (March 16-29, 2025)
- Summer (July 2 – August 31, 2024) 9 lessons
- There will be no lessons given on statutory holidays. Fee schedule will reflect any statutory holidays on a student’s scheduled lesson day.
- Additional lessons can be arranged at any time based on teacher’s availability.

Fees are due prior to the start of each semester. Spring semester will be divided into 2 instalments due December 31, 2024 and March 29, 2025.

Schedule Policy
Missed/Make-up Lesson Policy
- Any missed lesson must be made up within the same week subject to teacher’s availability.
- Make-up lesson requests requires a minimum of 2 days’ notice of your scheduled lesson with the exception of sickness or other emergencies.
- No lesson credits will be given for lessons not made up.
- If taking holidays, make-up lessons must be pre-arranged within the semester prior to taking holiday.
Schedule Change Policy
- Schedule change requests during the year can be made once per semester subject to availability.
- If teacher is unavailable, lessons will be rescheduled or taught online.
Lesson Etiquette
- 1. Be on time. If you happen to be late, please let your teacher know so that they are aware and don’t have to be worried about you.
- 2. Be prepared. Set aside time at least 5 days a week to practise what has been taught at your lesson.
- 3. Bring all your lesson material to class. This includes notebooks, music, photocopies, pencil, eraser etc.
- 4. Have clean hands prior to your lesson and leave mud and dirt outside the studio.
- 5. Respect the studio space. Please treat this space with care so that others can enjoy it as well.
- 6. If you’re sick and contagious, stay home. We can do our lesson online and you can have more time to rest up at home.
